We all sometimes struggle with not having the brightest smile. I personally have very thick enamel witch might be good for my teeth but is also makes them look very yellow whatever I do. But this method helped me solve my problem and I decided to show you guys how you can solve the same problem very easily and using only the supplies that can be found around your home. I'll show you two ways, you can use just one or, as I did, both.
First we need to get our ingredients ready. This is what you'll need:
Do as it says on the picture above. Place the part with baking soda on your teeth. The baking soda and lemon are going to start getting bubbly because of a chemical reaction. Leave this on for two to three minutes, then take it out and rinse your mouth with some water.

-First Method-
Take one tea spoon of baking soda and but it into a bowl. Then, take one tea spoon of lemon and add it to the bowl.
It's going to start getting pretty bubbly, so you just need to mix it up and make a nice smooth mixture.
Now just take a paper towel and, as you can see on the picture above, put it on your teeth. Try to keep your mouth opened all the time. It doesn't taste good but, trust me, it's worth it. Don leave this on for too long because it' could damage your enamel. I left it on for two minutes but three or four would be okay too. Now rinse it out and you're done.
- Second Method-
Take your lemon and cut it in quarters.
Now let's see the results!
I was really surprised to how effective this was. I just thought my teeth'll be a little whiter but this is just amazing for a lemon and a little bit of baking soda, am I right?
